Water retention in woman is a most common problem and is the leading reason of weight gain in woman. This water retention problem is more frequent in some of the territories; still some woman can easily get an escape from it only because they are living in a different region.

Any way without going into the history and geography of water retention I’m going to explain here a very simple way of getting rid of puffing up due to water and creating a fast water weight loss. This is very simple.

For the faster water weight loss you have to drink a plenty of water. By plenty I mean you have to drink around 3-4 liters of water. This is not an easy task, but you have to decide yourself. If you want to lose the extra 5 pounds of your weight due to the retained water this is the only option. This plenty supply of water in turn will prove the body that it does not require to store water for emergencies.
Though it seems ridiculous “How the water weight loss will be fast if I drink even more water?” this is the most common statement I get when I try to convince any woman for her water weight loss.

The answer is very simple. Our body works in a survival mode. It has developed many ways to survive according to the supply of food and water. Carrying extra body weight by accumulating fats and retaining water in the body are two strategies of the body to survive through the crisis of food shortage. If you drink less water the body think a time of starvation is about to come. The body will retain water for that famine time.

We cannot change the mechanism of body. What we can do is, change our eating and drinking habits.
Providing a plenty supply of water to the body assures the body system that there is no shortage of water. It will not retain any water and will excrete any retained water. Thus reducing around 5 pounds of that water weight is that simple. So you just have to prove your body that there is no need of retaining water for emergencies. You can very easily prove this by drinking plenty of water. Just drink 3 liters of water a day for 3 to 4 days and see that how fast you lose weight in the very short span of time.

Prepackaged Diets Are Definitely Not Going to Work

Prepackaged diets like Atkins, Nutrisystem, and Jenny Craig have made their mark in the weight loss industry. You see them everyday on TV and other forms of media ads. They have been ‘proven’ to provide those fantastic results everyone is looking for. They have been ‘known’ to guarantee you to lose something like lose weight 80 pounds in 2 weeks. As great as it sounds, the results and their claims themselves are horribly inaccurate. It takes something close to starvation or diet that has no nutritional value to strip down weight that quickly. And you know what? Part of that weight could be muscle. The body can indeed take protein out of your body.
