8.Learn to avoid fat: Once you realize there is something like good and bad fats you will learn to choose these good fats. Things such as olive, peanuts and canola oil, tuna, salmon and mackerel contain fats that are good for your health.
9.Burn that flab: Make exercise a part of your life. Take the stairs whenever you can. Walk to the markets and near by places. Incorporate things like jogging, cycling or skating in your life. Play some kind of sport or take your kids out to the park and run with them. Home chores also can be a great exercise. Slowly you will see how you are shedding those extra pounds even without realizing it.
